Thank you for your comments and also the positive remarks of our service. On
a personal note, i agree with the points you state. Good security and
privacy are a combination of factors, people should not rely on, figurely
speaking, only the "airbag" of their car but make sure they have more
protection in use. It starts with the smallest details, local security of
their computer, privacy awareness, deciding what is the best way for a
current need to follow, like should i use Tor and for other things use a
commercial solution, and many more examples can be given. 100 % security or
garantees in this world do not exist, this goes for anything online or
offline.

We keep that in mind and by trying to stick to the facts and educate we sure
hope to make it hard on those who have evil in mind. Perhaps our more honest
approach might cost us potentials, but at the end we believe that makes the
difference between bold lies.

It is important for people to consider what they need and where to get it.
We're all supporters of the Tor network and similar services, a really good
alternative for staying anonymous. I don't want to try to sketch a nice holy
warm picture of us, but we try to support various opensource projects in the
community. Taking but also giving is part of our ideals.

We try to be fair and educational towards people, it's easy ofcourse to try
to lure people in with all kinds of sales pitches, scary ip-scripts showing
their ip on the site like some providers do, fancy graphics and brainwash
people with more claims...I can only smile at such things, those people are
there for sales only.

All in all i hope we're making a difference for many people. And i guess the
only way to go is keep our reputation up and time will tell.

Thank you again and despite that it's getting more difficult for many people
to keep their privacy their own business we're here as long as we can make
the difference.

Patrick

PS: our replies come from us, you can verify if in doubt by sending us an
email to us for confirmation. :-) I tried to reply on your new site but it gives
an error message saying to fill a anti-spam code first but this is nowhere seen.

Hello,

I'm one of the staff of trilightzone.org and first of all i'd like to thank you for writing this review.
It's a fair review and unlike payed reviews it contains also critical points to consider.

I would like to note a few things, although it won't increase or decrease any point you wrote;

- no, we're not a secret service or anything related to such entities
- we don't like to boast and shout about numbers unlike other providers
- what we state is true, nothing more nothing less
- we have on each tunnel server also Tor entry points
- encryption is widely used and on major systems, even if a server is stolen or falls into
the wrong hands then it'll still be useless.

- we don't list any physical location, to protect ourselves AND our clients unlike other
providers who are sitting ducks. If some one with bad intentions wants to harm our clients then the least we can do is give them a good run for their money.

We try to offer a wide range of options to people so they can judge for themselves what would fit their situation best.

I hope this adds a bit of value to your article and if you or any one else has questions then they can contact us by all means ofcourse.

Thank you !
